Simple Sunday: Monster Names

I usually don't post on Sundays, but have decided that if I do, on occasion, I will use Sundays to post one simple and easy activity (the type of activity you can do with stuff you probably already have).

So, if you check in with me on Sundays, most weeks you'll find one simple and cheap (or free) activity you can do with your kids!

Enjoy this first Simple Sunday post: Monster Names.

1. Take a piece of paper
2. Fold it in half
3. Take a thick marker (black is best) and write your child's name in cursive
4. Turn the paper over and do the same thing - except on this side you have to write the name backward (so that when you open it up you have the name and its mirror image).
5. Let your child color it.
6. Mount it on a piece of construction paper (if you want).

It looks like a monster!! Simple! Easy! Fun!
